Barbara McNamee has over 18 years of experience in the health industry. Prior to King Agency, she worked at Medical Mutual and St. Vincent Hospital bringing with her an extensive knowledge of claims processing, troubleshooting problems for members and billing the major carriers including Medicare. Barbara joined our organization in March 2001, and as Office Manager, she has made an impact to the organization from the start.
Barbara developed and implemented a strategic plan to move the company forward and establish an improved system of operations in the office. Barbara’s experience in customer service has given her the ability to troubleshoot any problems that clients may have and to retain them through her ability to resolve major claim issues. She has spearheaded the efforts to improve processing efficiency in the TPA Division. Barbara received her Broker license in March of 2003. She also holds her Medicare Certification which she renews each year. Barb and her husband, Bill, reside in Oregon, Ohio.
